Saban’s senior services program involves our entire team, from medical to behavioral health to nutrition, to create a healthy aging program designed specifically for you. It begins with a complete check-up, including in-depth interview, exam and lab tests.

Immunizations
We’ll give you your flu and pneumonia shots and make sure you stay up to date, since these illnesses are among the top 8 causes of death in people over 65. Shingles is a painful condition most commonly affecting people over 50 we can ensure you are vaccinated to prevent a serious infection.
Cancer screenings
If caught early enough, many types of cancer can be treated. We provide screenings for breast cancer, cervical cancer and colon cancer. In some cases, the correct time to begin your screening depends on your risk factor and your personal beliefs. Our providers will walk you through the decision making process to make the right decision for you. Early screening and detection can save lives!
Diabetes
A simple blood test shows if you are at risk for diabetes. We will help you address it early with changes like diet and exercise ideas that make sense for your life and culture. If you have diabetes, your Saban team will give you a total program to manage your disease.
Your heart
We will test you for risk factors like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, which increase your chance of stroke or heart disease. We’ll prescribe and monitor the appropriate medication, diet and exercise program.
How you feel emotionally
If you’ve been feeling depressed or hopeless, or are wondering what’s next in your life, our behavioral health team is here to help with the right combination of therapy and medication. Talk things out one-to-one with a counselor. Learn techniques to help manage stress. If medication is recommended as part of your treatment for behavioral health issues, your prescription can be filled at our pharmacy.
Oral health
Dentures. Implants. Fillings for cavities. Regular dental checkups and cleanings. Our dentists provide the full range of oral care services to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Nutrition and exercise
If you’re overweight, you’re at increased risk for diabetes, heart disease and cancer. It may be difficult for you to eat a healthier diet or get the exercise you need. Your medical provider will connect you with nutritionists and counselors who will make recommendations based on where you live and what makes sense for you.
