Sorting things out one-on-one

At individual one-on-one sessions, your professional behavioral health counselor will find out what’s going on in your life, what your goals are and what you’d like to change. Our approach to therapy is to equip you with the cognitive and coping skills to build the life you envision for yourself.

Talk through your issues with a trained therapist

What’s getting you down? What’s holding you back? You and your counselor will explore the issues you’re facing and your feelings about them, so that you can work on practical solutions. If you suffer from depression or anxiety, or if you get uncontrollably angry, there are behavioral things you can do to get on a more positive track.

Your therapy session is a safe and confidential place where you can open up about underlying issues that are weighing you down. Your therapist wants the best for you, and has the professional training to support your journey towards a better life.

Your primary care doctor is a gateway to a healthier life

Some psychological conditions and mood swings can be the result of brain chemistry imbalances. Sometimes, medications can help. Your primary care doctor or case manager may refer you to a psychiatrist who can conduct an evaluation and prescribe the appropriate medications.
