Our Satellite Clinic has always taken a leading role in redefining community health care, which includes finding better ways to serve and connect with our patients.
Patients will be able to meet with a case manager to provide assistance in getting the best possible medical, dental and behavioral health care. Additionally, we can enroll patients into health insurance plans and connect them to other vital resources, including housing.
