Health care for all
National health care reform has increased grant dollars to Federally designated
Community Health Centers. In 2012, Saban Community Clinic was designated
a Community Health Center under PHS Section 330, thereby qualifying our
clinic for increased government funding. Greater financial sustainability
guarantees that the Clinic will continue to be recognized as a leader
in the health care safety-net, and offers new opportunities to access
federal funding, technical assistance and other resources that are critical
as we implement health care reform. It is important to note that though
some clinic policies have changed, we remain true to our mission of providing
quality care to those who need it regardless of ability to pay.
